HCP Sense offers an innovative technology for monitoring load and lubrication in roller bearings. Unlike current predictive maintenance solutions that can only diagnose damage once it occurs, our approach can predict the service lifetime and detect overloads. Our technology is unique: we do not need any additional sensors in the bearing, but rather measure the impedance of the bearing. Our company was founded in 2021, since then we have built several generations of prototypes and completed successful proof-of-concept projects with our customers. We are currently developing our first production-ready product, which should be on the market by winter 23.
